The literary work “Silent Killer” by Beverly Barton is primarily a tapestry woven around a husband and his obedient wife. The husband, namely Mark Cantrell is a person, can be called fine.
Her husband, Mark Cantrell has been murdered around eighteen months ago, and Cathy Cantrell has gone back to her home at Alabama. Now needless to wait, as the chapter of her husband has closed for ever, now she appears serious for starting a new life for her and her son.
Yet part of her life passed with her husband, appear coming in her mind and with her everywhere. The serial deaths—every sufferer torched in the past terrifying way—leave Jack and Cathy, without any doubt that a serial murderer is at the working place, thus the anger of such vicious people increases day by day.
As a killer moves in for an ultimate, evil deed of vengeance, torched offenses appear on the screen once again. So the justice would be quick, pitiless and in a calm environment, like a grave…
The writer, Beverly Barton’s major role players push to the state of nuts, they usually breathe and utter “Mercy” or are quite powerless, when there is no man in her life. Sometimes surely there are many exemptions, thus Cathy Cantrell wasn’t one of them.
