Sony has launched a new gizmo – Sony Handycam HDR-TG5V that carries some unique features, as compared to its past series HDR-TG1. The past series was carrying specs like 1920 x 1080 AVCHD video, 2.7in touch-sensitive display, 10X zoom optically stabilized lens and a 2.4MP ClearVid Exmor CMOS sensor either.
This new series HDR-TG5, adding 16GB fitted-in memory and geotagging support with Navteq maps, other than the features HDR-TG1 carries along. The menu interface has been designed with good appearance as well as adding Smile Shutter mechanism with it either.
Sony is offered on a price of USD 1,000. This series is also employing the same accessories, as the TG1 do. This system is having an extra battery, travel charger and pouch either.
