It appears that 2009 will prove a striking year in the exclusive field of camera, as Sony has brought in a super gadget – Sony DSC-HX1, to please its punters and camera zealots.

Since the very beginning of 2009, many other new varieties of cameras are already in, in the open houses, yet the new one seems gaining more scores on the customer front, thereby offering wider features – thus it can truly be, a very well companion during your pleasure trip campaign.

This latest series supports bigger zooming, better video and fast burst modes, so the entry of DSC-HX1 provides the capability of a 20x lens (that extends from 28mm at the wide end all the way to 560mm at the telephoto end), HD video recording, and special shooting modes that assist the user to get finer pictures. 

More or less all small sensored cameras were designed around CCD sensors.  This is because CMOS sensors have far more circuitry built into the chip than CCD sensors and, with less space for practically capturing light, noise and noise reduction matters may have a harmful effect on image quality.

Canon, is already a vanguard in this exclusive sprint of SMOS sensor advancement, and has brought out the SMOS-sensored SX1 IS.  In view of the major role being played by Sony, with special reference to design and fabrication industry, it is a crystal clear veracity that, the Sony has pursued the same course with the CMOS based HX1.

In this latest model, Canon PowerShot SX1 IS employs its CMOS sensor to record 1080p (30fps) HD video, a fast 4fps having continuous shooting speed capability. Besides, presents RAW file recording, the HX1 employs its CMOS mechanism, in an advanced manner. 

This model, out of previous series is a highly fast (as fast as the top end professional sports gadgets) 10 fps continuous shooting.  This depends on the sensor’s quick meting out yet also on a quick physical shutter that in turn assists three unique shooting modes: Sweeping Panorama, Anti Motion Blur, and Twilight Mode.
